All orders come with one monogrammed grosgrain ribbon (packaging and ribbons shown to the right; ribbon and thread color may vary depending on season and collection).

The default personalization will be the first letter of each capitalized word of the delivery name (i.e. if the delivery name is “Katherine Hsu”, the monogram will be “KH”.) If you would like a different monogramming (up to 3 letters), please include a note with your order or send us an email at kat@theflowerthief.net within two business days of placing your order.

After the first 3 letters, each additional letter is $0.10 each and additional ribbon is $1 each.

Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 weeks of the order date. Due to the handmade nature of our products, many items are made to order and may take slightly longer. Please contact us at kat@theflowerthief.net if you need an order within a certain timeframe.

Domestic (US) orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail (no tracking to most destinations; typically arrives in 8 business days but can take 6-21 business days) or USPS Priority Mail International (tracking available; arrives in 6-10 business days to most regions). If you require one-day, express, or other delivery services, please email kat@theflowerthief.net. We will help as much as possible to locate any lost packages, but we are not responsible for items after they are shipped.



We do not accept returns. Due to the limited and handmade quantity of each item, all orders are final sale. Each product is carefully inspected and packaged before it is shipped out. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 3 days of receipt at kat@theflowerthief.net.
